![]() ![]() I went to the logitech website and installed their keyboard/mouse settings but it still didn't work. Now my second problem is the mouse/keyboard stopped working, and I am unable to update the driver either. I tried looking on the Dell website but there wasn't any touch screen drivers and nowhere my computer's settings does it let me calibrate the touch screen or anything related to it. Before, I was able to drag the touch screen and it would automatically scroll, but now instead of scrolling it will just highlight. I saw that the touchscreen driver was called eGalaxTouch so I googled that and was brought to the website I installed the driver and now my touchscreen works, but not like before the update. I looked at the devices list and tried to update the drivers but it couldn't find any updates. And if you do not feel the click when you press down on where the mouse buttons suppose to be, then it might be a mounting problem of the touchpad buttons and they will fix it for you. It has been acting up lately, but the biggest problem is the touch screen doesn't work and my USB mouse/keyboard (Logitech K270 and M185) doesn't work as well. Since you are dealing with a new machine unfortunately you might have to go for dell technicians if you do not wanna void your warranty. ![]() My laptop is the Dell 15 Inspiron-7569 with Windows 10 version 1709 ![]()
